Bro. Chaplain Alfred Moore was initiated into the Pi Rho Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated, on November 1, 2020. As a member of Pi Rho, Alfred serves as the Chaplain (spiritual leader) of the chapter, chairman of the Memorial Day Committee, and also a national delegate at the Omega Psi Phi International Conclave.

Professionally, Alfred is employed by the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office, as the Bureau of Victim Services Assistant Chief. As Assistant Chief, he is charged with leading a team of over 80 staff members, as well as guiding the day to day operations, and provision of trauma informed services to the citizens of San Bernardino County.

Alfred holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Tennessee State University, Nashville, Tennessee, and a Juris Doctorate degree from Capital University, Columbus, Ohio. He is an active member of Abundant Living Christian Fellowship in Rancho Cucamonga.

As NPHC-IE chaplain, Alfred will endeavor to provide spiritual guidance to the board members, and support community involvement under a Christ-centered approach, in service to our community.
